He visto cosas peores, pero pocas
La verdad es que no soy muy espacialito con el lomo, pero este me ha dejado echando de menos hasta un cutre cabecero de lomo
Cómo los de antes
Me recuerda a la matanza que hacíamos en mi pueblo (de Badajoz). Y como los embuchaba mi madre. Espero que el sabor se ajuste y entonces será el culmen.
